Tell us the year, make, model and trim and we will confirm the correct engine code before you order – free, and it takes two minutes. Guessing from a parts-site lookup is how people end up with a 2AZ-FE when they needed a 2AR-FE.
Japanese Domestic Market – units pulled from vehicles sold and driven in Japan, then imported. Japanese roads and strict inspection cycles push vehicles out of service while the drivetrain still has life in it, which is why imported units generally show less wear than a comparable North American engine.
Usually, but not always. Intake and exhaust manifolds, sensors, wiring plugs and accessory brackets can differ between markets, and some swaps need your original manifold or loom carried over. We tell you what to expect before you buy.
Where a verified figure exists we list it. Where it does not, we say so rather than inventing a number. Japanese odometers are not always transferable with a pulled engine, and we would rather be honest than confident.
Every engine is inspected before we list it. If you need specific test results for a particular unit, contact us before you order and we will tell you what we have for it.
